Price Match Gurantee - Terms and Conditions

We will match the prices of products (including delivery charges and additional services) when offered on identical terms and where we can verify the competitor's price and, if relevant, your eligibility to purchase from them.

Our price match includes any UK retailer, store, or website price, including discounts from offer codes. However, we do not match trade prices, prices available through paid memberships/subscriptions, or prices from third-party marketplace sellers.

Please note, we do not match exclusive discounts, such as those for staff, students, NHS staff, or Blue Light cardholders.

The product must match our model number exactly, and both we and the competitor must have it available for immediate delivery.

We reserve the right to decline a price match if we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity.
